RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at exchange@moondustsupply.com within 7 days of receiving the item. 

  • In order to ensure the hygiene issues; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.

  • We reserve the right to not accept a return if; (1) the product/s are returned after use ( tags removed , foul smell, stains ) (2) the products are damaged

  • The exchange once confirmed, We will share pickup label which customer has to attach on the return package and hand it over to delivery guy.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 2-5 business days. 

  • If you have received a defective product, share images at exchange@moondustsupply.com

  • Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 45 days from the date of issue. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND 


  • Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders. 


* In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit which will be valid for a period of 45 days from date of issue
