
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Moondust, Exchanges and Returns are smooth and quick.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@moondustsupply.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
In order to ensure the hygiene issues; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
We reserve the right to not accept a return if; (1) the product/s are returned after use ( tags removed , foul smell, stains ) (2) the products are damaged
The exchange once confirmed, We will share pickup label which customer has to attach on the return package and hand it over to delivery partner.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 2-5 business days.

For all claims regarding wrong or damaged products, an unboxing video of the sealed parcel is strictly mandatory to process your replacement.
Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 45 days from the date of issue.
Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders.
* In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit which will be valid for a period of 45 days from date of issue
