What sizing of product would be the right size?

If you are new to the concept of oversized t-shirts we recommend that you go one size down for the size you wear regularly. For eg, if you are a medium size for oversized wear a size small for our t-shirt.

Any care instruction of the t-shirt?

For ensuring the longevity and vibrant appearance of the shirt wash the t-shirt inside out, avoid dry cleaning, do not iron on the design directly, and use cold water for avoiding shrinkage. (goes for both Puff Print and HD Print)

Where would I get the updates about designs and drops?

We ship and deliver orders pan India.

Shipping of orders

Orders once received from our side will be shipped in 24hrs to 72hrs

How to check tracking of the order

A tracking ID will be sent in the mail used while checking out the product.

All our shipments are completed by Bluedart courier service as they are the fastest domestic courier service.

Orders

How do I cancel or exchange my orders

Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders. In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit which will be valid for a period of 45 days from date of issue
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at exchange@moondustsupply.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

How do I change my delivery address?

Changes in delivery address can be made only if the order has unfulfilled status once AWB is printed the changes cannot be made to raise your query email us contact@moondustsupply.com our team will get in touch with you.
